Kailakh Dharam Bhaskar souvenir released
JAMMU, Dec 16: The annual Kailakh Dharmam Bhaskar souvenir was released in a function held here today.

The souvenir was released by Robbin Singh Mehta, Director Tourism and Shakti Pathak, SP Vigilance at Babab Kailakh Dev Mandir Thathar, Bantalab Jammu. On this occasion local MLA Bharat Bhushan and other elected representatives of the area were also present in the function.

The function started with lightning of traditional lamp. Baba Kailakh Dev Mandir Prabandhak Committee general secretary Shakti Dutt Sharma highlighted the importance of souvenir Kailakh Dharam Bhaskar and religious importance alongwith history of Baba Kailakh Dev. Religious scholar and Professor Chander Mouli Raina highlighted the historical part of Jammu rivers as mentors of these rivers were different saints of Nags. Shakti Pathak, SP vigilance also spoke on this occasion. Robbin Singh and Shakti Pathak along with other dignitaries planted saplings in the premises.

MLA Railpur-Domana Bharat Bhushan said this place is model of religious brotherhood and tranquility. Both Hindu and Muslim communities have faith in this religious premises. He announced Rs 2 lakh for the development of Baba Kailakh Dev Mandir.

Robin Singh Mehta, Director Tourism said he was not aware about this religious place. Government has initiated a process to prepare a religious tourist circuit. Sudh Mahadev and other religious places should be brought under this circuit. He assured that this place should be included in tourist circuit. On this occasion Baba Kailakh Dev Dangal Committee donated Rs one lack for the development of community hall.

On this occasion JKDF president Anil Gupta, Sarpanch Raipur Bhupinder Singh, Sarpanch Raj Dev Singh, Amarnath, Askar Ali, JE Gulam Rasool, Nazir Hussain, Naudan Singh, priest Rohit Shastri, Sunil Dutt Raka and prominent people of the area were also present.

2 infants die due to ‘negligence’at Baramulla
