Mystery shrouds man’s death in Baramulla

SRINAGAR, Nov 11: A man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Qazihama locality in old town of Baramulla today.
The incident occurred during a cordon and search operation. The deceased was identified as 30- year old Bilal Ahmad Badroo.
Reports said a pall of gloom descended on a locality when the younger brother of Bilal rushed to his room with a message to come out of the house as forces had cordoned off the village but found him dead in the room.
An official said security forces cordoned off Qazihama locality of old town Baramulla and asked people to come out of their homes.
He said Bilal was found dead by his brother when the latter went to ask him to come out of his house.
The incident disrupted the search operation as people in large numbers flocked to the residence of the deceased.
A police official said an autopsy on the body will be conducted and everything will be clear once the post-mortem report will arrive. “It will be premature to say anything about the cause of the death of Bilal Ahmed,” he said.
