Employment generating training camp at Karnah

KARNAH, July 23: To provide the self employment avenues to the women belonging to Karnah, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karnah, Zahoor Ahmad Mir today inaugurated a training camp for the women belonging to far flung areas of Karnah.
The camp was organized by 5-Regment GR in collaboration with Vardhman Company Jalandhar.
During the camp, a large number of women were acquainted with cutting and tailoring skills.
On the occasion, 3 sewing machines were distributed among the participants besides prizes were also distributed among them.
While speaking on the occasion, Zahoor urged for organizing such camps to provide skill development opportunity to people of other far flung areas in the district so that poor and needy can be benefitted from such training camps and they are able to earn own their livelihood.
