SRINAGAR, May 14 (JNF): Division Bench of state High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tahsi Rabstan fixed July 22 for consideration of matter in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Shah Faesal seeking quashing of Highway traffic ban.
Earlier when the PIL came-up for hearing today, the Division Bench observed, “Senior AAG submitted that Supreme Court of India by an order dated May 6, 2019 has refused to entertain the prayer made by the petitioners before this court challenging the very order of the state government which has been challenged by way of these petitions.”
