Blessing in disguise for JaKeGA

JAMMU, Dec 7: The years 2011, 2014 and 2016 were very crucial for IT Department for they lost their vital records in devastating fire, floods and missing of important files in transit at the time of Durbar Move to Jammu, respectively. All these natural calamities proved to be a boon and relief for those who were booked by the VOK but have yet to face the consequences whatsoever. It is pertinent to mention here that when fire broke out in the annexe of civil secretariat, Srinagar , JaKeGA was located at the 4th floor of Civil Secretariat main building and during the time of floods, their office was on the same floor where as IT department was on the 1st floor of the main building, civil secretariat, Srinagar.
