Meanwhile Puneet starts smoking, Gunjan gets shocked when she sees Puneet smoking and tries him to leave this bad habit. It is revealed that Gunjan was undergoing treatment for a psychological condition called “alienation” and it turns out that evening their parents were out to visit their family doctor.
While at his clinic doctor holds responsible both Kamal and Indu, specially Kamal for the condition of Gunjan as she being closer to him. He comes home with them to visit Gunjan personally only to catch Puneet smoking. Seeing Puneet smoking Kamal gets really angry, but doctor considers talking to Puneet about it, he asks him reason for his smoking and Puneet tells the doctor that he started smoking because he heard from someone that it relieves mental pressure although he couldn’t experience anything like that.
