Pak national arrested along LoC in Poonch

POONCH, Sep 13: A Pakistani national was arrested while infiltrating towards Indian side from Rangar nallah near Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district on Thursday
A resident of Pakistan-Administered-Kashmir (PAK) was arrested after he crossed the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu, an official said today. Official sources said that the jawans of 15 MLI of Indian army apprehended Umeer Yousuf (23) son of Mohammed Yousaf resident of Narwal village of Hajira tehsil, district Poonch PAK from Rangar nallah near LoC when he was trying to infiltrate towards Indian side near Kunjan post.
An army official on the condition of anonymity told, “Army personnel apprehended Umeer Yousuf early this morning as he crossed the LoC in Rangar sector on the intervening night of September 12 and 13. An ID card, Rs 50 in Pak currency were recovered from his possession.”
“After initial interrogation, he was handed over to the police,” he added. “He is being questioned,” said a police official later.
