Canopy should have statue of martyr of freedom struggle

Dear Editor,
Presently work is going on in full swing at India Gate, New Delhi for developing a National War Memorial. It tis time that empty canopy at India gate which has been an eye-sore ever since statue of King George V was removed from here decades ago, may have statue of some freedom fighter like of trio Bhagatsingh-Sukhdev-Rajguru or Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose etc who fought a virtual war against British regime in India in pre-independence era.
