Chib declares open Global Peace Fair

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 21: Minister for Youth, Services and Sports R. S. Chib inaugurated a 5-day Global Peace Fair at Dussehra Ground, Gandhi Nagar, here today. The Fair has been organized by the Prajapita Brahamakumari Ishwariya Vishvidhiyalya Jammu branch.

The fair has been organized first time in Jammu by the organizers. The aim and objective of the fair is to promote peace, communal harmony and other challenges being faced by the mankind in the world. The Prajapita BrahamaKumaries have worldwide network and spreading the message of peace and mutual brotherhood irrespective of caste, color and creed.

The timing of the fair is from 9am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm daily. The organizers have installed several stalls for providing different kind of information to the people through pamphlets, booklets which are useful for the progress and prosperity of human being.

Several dignitaries of the organization from different parts of the world are participating in the week long fair. They will educate the masses about various problems being faced by the mankind and their solutions.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister appreciated the initiative of the organizers and said that the event will prove very useful for the people. He said in the era of materialism and competition the human beings are suffering from different self invited problems and it is need of the hour to hold such type of events. He said Prajapita Brahamakumaris are doing yeoman’s service for the world peace through their constant efforts and millions of people are associated with their peace mission. He hoped that the people from all walks of life will avail the benefits of the occasion at Jammu.
