Sports Council, CSJK condole demise of Yoga instructor
JAMMU, May 9: The state Sports Council and Clean Sports J&K today condoled the sad and untimely demise of the yoga instructor Sanjay Kumar. He was died in a tragic road accident today.

He was killed hit and run road accident case at Bikram Chowk here. Sanjay left his house in the morning when he reached at Bikram Chowk , he was hit by truck and died on spot. The truck driver flee with his truck from the spot. He was survived his wife and two daughters. His last rite was performed at Jogi Gate Cremation grounds this evening. His last rite was attended by Ajay Sharma , employees of the Sports Council and members of the clean Sports, J&K and large number of sportspersons.

In a condolence message, the Secretary Sports Council Waheed Parray prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude. He paid rich tributes to the sports Council’s yoga instructor Sanjay Kumar and said his services for sports and humanity cannot be forgotten.

He also expressed a deep sense of grief over Sanjay Kumar’s death. He said the vacuum created by Sanjay’s death could not be filled and that he always worked for promotion of game of Yoga.

His last rites was attended by PDP leader Ved Mahajan, STC centre Sports Authority of India, Jammu coaches, Satish Gupta, SP Singh, Saktish Chopra and others.
