Justice Ramalingum appointed acting CJ-J&KHC

NEW DELHI, Mar 13: President Ram Nath Kovind Tuesday has appointed Justice Ramalingum Sudhakar to perform the duties of Chief Justice after the retirement of the incumbent Chief Justice of Jammu Kashmir High Court, Badar Durrez Ahmed.
The Ministry of Law and Justice issued an order whereby it was mentioned that Justice Sudhakar, the senior most judge of the High Court to hold the charge from March 16.
