Vyas gets another extension

JAMMU, Feb 7: The state government today accorded sanction for extension in service to Bharat Bhushan Vyas, IAS(JK:1986), Chief Secretary Government of Jammu and Kashmir for another three months.
The state govt orders reads as that in reference to Communication No. 26014/01/2017-AIS(I1) dated 06.02.2018 from the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. Government Order No.215-GAD of 2018, Dated: 07-02-2018.
The order further said that in pursuance of third provision to Rule 16(1) of All India Services (Death-Cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958 and in continuation of Government Order No. 1397-GAD of 2017 dated 27.10.2017, sanction has been accorded to the grant of extension in service to Bharat
Bhushan Vyas, IAS(JK:1986) in the post of Chief Secretary to the Government of Jammu and Kashrnir for a further period of three months beyond 2Sth February, 2018 w.e.f March1, 2018 to May 31, 2018.
