Teenager arrested after crossing LoC

SRINAGAR, Feb 6: A 19-year old boy was arrested by Kupwara police when he entered into this part of Kashmir.

The arrest was made on Monday evening while police is investigating the motives why the boy came into this part of Kashmir.

SSP Kupwara Shamsher Hussain said that Najam Saqib son of Uzair Joo was arrested after he reached Keran Sector via Kishan Ganga river.

He added that boy at present is being questioned.

Sources said that the family of Najam Saqib had migrated to Pakistan administered Kashmir in 1990s.
