Vehicles need to pass speed breakers test

Dear Editor,
All the new Cars / vehicles need to pass Speed breakers test-without any jerk in India. Is that possible? As even Delhi High Court had directed agencies, civic bodies in June 2016 and further recently to remove all speed breakers that do not conform to regulation or are unauthorized……also said that plastic or PVC speed breakers must be removed if they fail to conform to the guidelines and if they haven’t been cleared by the Traffic Police. This order is not complied with in most of roads including inside roads of most colonies. There is no action on contempt of courts, which is a dangerous for law and order problem as many others will not follow court’s order on other issues too.
Due to non- standardized speed breakers speed breakers aggravates one's back ache which is dangerous for all citizens as this problem is now faced even at younger age especially after 40 and it is prone danger for senior citizens. Some speed breakers are even dangerous to walk it over it. They are worse than horse riding jhatkas. Also, Vehicles run the risk of being damaged. It is the people who are being inconvenienced under the pretext of traffic control and security. The problem of speed breakers is almost all over the country.
