India, Pak trade fire in Poonch

POONCH, Dec 10: After a brief lull, Pakistan troops Sunday evening yet again resorted to unprovoked firing on forward Indian posts and the civilian population along the Line of Control (LoC) in Shahpur sector of Poonch district.
A defence spokesperson while confirming ceasefire violation said that Indian side after initial restraint also retaliated in equal measure.
According to official sources, Pak troops opened firing at forward Indian posts along the LoC in Shahpur sector in Ponch district this evening at around 8.20 PM using small arms. Indian side also responded strongly and effectively.
Though there was no report of any loss or injury so far yet the exchange of fire was still on till the last reports poured in.
