JAMMU, Nov 10: JKPCC Managing Director Daleep Thusoo has been attached for alleged "malpractices" and attempting to bribe a senior officer.
Sources said that an audio clip viral in social media in which Thusoo was heard demanding bribe of Rs ten lakh from his subordinate for closing down his case regarding corruption.
