JAMMU, Jun 23: The Divisional Commissioner Jammu has set up a control room in his office with telephone NOs 0191-2478999/0191-2478991 and 0191-2478997 (fax) for receiving calls from the people seeking information regarding the whereabouts of their near ones who had not returned from the pilgrimage of various holy places in the state of Uttarakhand.
The Divisional Commissioner Jammu is in constant touch with Divisional Commissioner of Garhwal division of Uttarakhand state – the epicenter of devastation caused by the recent cloudburst /flash floods in the state of Uttarakhand.
The control room shall remain functional on all working days from 9.30 AM to 5 PM.
