MC Bazaz passes away

JAMMU, Sep 12: Mohan Chander Bazaz, son of legendary intellectual and journalist Prem Nath Bazaz and brother of Pandit Bhushan Bazaz, President of Jammu & Kashmir Democratic Forum (JKDF), expired on September 11, 2017 at Pittsburgh, USA.
He died at the age of 88 years.
He is survived by his wife Shanta Bazaz and two daughters Heemal Bazaz & Wuzmal Bazaz Saini.
‘Mohan’ as he was fondly called by his friends, was the 42nd President of the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) for the year 1990 and the Chief Editor of The Eastern Pharmacist, a monthly publication of the pharmaceutical industry, trade and profession, which was started in the year 1958 and ran uninterruptedly for 43 years.
He is son of legendary intellectual and journalist Prem Nath Bazaz.
