Rehmat Cricket Club Doda outplays Wadiye Kashmir

DODA, July 23: Rehmat Cricket Club Doda team registered resounding win against Wadiye Kashmir by 06 wickets and advanced to the next stage of the ongoing All India 13th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2017 being played at Sports Stadium Doda.
The tournament is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion Doda.
Earlier after winning the toss, Wadiye Kashmir team was bundled out for just 69 runs in 12.5 overs as the bowlers of opponet Rehmat Cricket Club Doda team could manage to built a good pressure on the batsmans of Wadiye Kashmir. Mudassir Ahmed was the highest scorer with 32 runs while Irfan Ahmed contributed 11 runs for his team. From Rehmat Cricket Club Doda, Kalwinder Singh, Abhijeet, Rompy shared 03 wickets while Rahul Mussa scalped 01 wicket.
In reply, after having good start from the opening batsman, the team Rehmat Cricket Club Doda manage to chased the given target in 8.5 overs for the loss of 04 wickets thus by won the match by 06 wickets. Yuvraj Solanki was the highest scorer who contributed 18 runs while Karan Bawa contributed 17 runs for his team. From Wadiye Kashmir, Asrar Bhat scalped 02 wickets while Hashim Syed and Ishfaq Ahmed shared 01 wicket.
Later on Kalwinder Singh of Rehmat Cricket Club Doda team was adjudged as Man of the Match for his best brilliant bowling performance who was given by Mohammad Shafi Attu, Dr Tahir Muneeb Zargar, Syed Riaz Ahmed and Mashood Latief Zargar.
The match was officiated by Ifroz Rather and Munish Zutshi as Umpires while Milind Gore and Waseem Raja maintained the score.
