147 PRCs issued during a camp at Pouni

REASI, July 14: Additional Deputy Commissioner, Babu Ram issued 147 PRCs during a camp held at Pouni here today.

The camp was organized on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner, Ravinder Kumar and was attended by large number of people from Pouni, Laiter, Dodoa, Bhambla, Ransoo, Bharak, Saloon, Kana, Dhanoa and Sanager.

The certificates were issued on the spot after conducting detailed inquiry with the help of prominent people, lambardars and chokidars. In the camp some pending files of PRCs were also disposed off.

In was assured on the occasion that similar camps would be organized at various far flung areas of the district. ADC asked the Tehsildar Pouni, Rajesh Baru to pay visit to rural areas to issue certificates of RBA, ST, SC and alike so that people would not suffer for the reasons of accessibility.

Instructions were also passed to the revenue staff to prepare the land acquisition papers and their subsequent submission so that compensation is provided to the land owners on priority. He further asked them to complete the work of Jamabandi writing along with updation of revenue records in time bound manner.

Later, the ADC also visited Tehsil office Pouni and inspected all sections and assessed the public delivery system there. Officials were asked not to keep the files pending in the sections to intensify the disposal mechanism.
