7 KAS officers, among 11 transferred

JAMMU, June 22: The state government today ordered transfers and postings of seven KAS among eleven officers.
Peerzada Hafizullah Shah, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
Manzoor Ahrnad Qadri, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Director, SKIMS and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, has been posted as Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, vice Peerzada Hafizullah Shah.
Ramesh Chander, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Education (Udhampur-Reasi), against an available vacancy.
Manohar Lal Raina, KAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Syed Muried Hussain Shah, KAS, Chief Executive Officer/Secretary, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu, vice Ghanshyam Singh, KAS, who shall await further orders of posting in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
Pran Singh, KAS, Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director in the Directorate of Information, J&K, vice Abdul Majid Zargar.
Abdul Majid Zargar, KAS, Joint Director in the Directorate of Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, vice Pran Singh.
Manzoor Ahmad, Under Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, vice Umesh Sharma.
Umesh Sharma, Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Manoj Kumar, under orders of posting as Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, has been posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
Fayaz Ahmad Khan, Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, under orders of posting as State Project Manager in the J&K State Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K, in terms of Government Order No. 536-GAD of 2017 dated 27.4.2017, shall continue as Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department.”
