Probe in complaints against ministers
ActIT Jammu, ASP.net Projects, Java, Vb.net, C# Training Jammu
Dear Editor,

It refers to serious allegations levelled against ministers and Chief Minister in Delhi government by a former ministerial colleague including about an alleged payment of rupees two crores by a minister to the Chief Minister. Matter has gained significance about truth in the main allegation, because even the bitter-most critics of Delhi Chief Minister are questioning why and how such a cash-transaction could be practically there before a ministerial colleague of the rival camp. There are also acquisitions of some well-planned drama by those accused to dim other charges, because the accuser may never be able to prove alleged cash-transaction.

Almost simultaneously Supreme Court directed Central Bureau of Investigation to revive quashed fodder-scam trial against the then Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav. It is a shame that the accused Lalu Prasad Yadav continued and still continues to play dominant role in politics for several decades now with many more charges now levelled against him and his family-members where his sons are now political rulers in the state.

It is time to constitute a special central investigative agency for fast-track disposal of all complaints made against ministers, Chief Ministers and even Prime Minister both of the centre and of states. But such an agency should be directly under Supreme Court to avoid bias where till now no one sitting on high posts has been charged in infamous Vyaapam scam of Madhya Pradesh.
