Semis position cleared in Football

JAMMU, Feb 22: With the entry of Shaheen Football Club (FC) and Param Football Club (FC) in the last four stages, semifinals position has been cleared in the ongoing football tournament, organised by 66th Battalion of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) at Mini Stadium, Parade Ground, here.
Two other teams of Young Rovers and Churchill Brothers have already qualified for the last four stages of the competition.
Earlier, in the first match of the day, Param FC declared winner of the disputed game considering the ground rules, referees' report and decision of the organizing committee, a handout issued by the organising committee here today informed. In other scheduled match, Shaheen FC blanked Christian Stars 5-0.
