Govt accords sanction to prosecution of 9 public servants

JAMMU, Feb 22: The state government has issued orders sanctioning prosecution in respect of nine public servants here today.
They are Habibullah Mir, the then Assistant Executive Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Anantnag, Mohammad Shafi Teli, the then Junior Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Anantnag, Subash Chander, the then Village Level Worker (VLW) posted in Block Development Office, Bishnah, Sushil Magotra, the then Junior Engineer, posted in Block Development Office, Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu, Satish Kumar Langer, the then I/C Assistant Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Sub-Division Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu, Jotinder Singh, the then I/C Assistant Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Sub-Division Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu, Davinder Kumar Sharma, the then Block Development Officer, Bishnah, Ali Mohammad Dar, the then DFO Bandipora and Abdul Qayoom Shah, the then Block Forester Gurez for commission of offences, punishable under the Section 5(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Prevention of Corruption Act.
