Normalcy for 2nd day in Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Dec 19: Normalcy continued for the second consecutive day today in Kashmir in view of the full day relaxation in general strike.
Shops and other business establishments remained open. Government offices also functioned normally. Public and private transport plied on roads normally.
There was traffic jam at several places. There was also rush in markets.
The five full day relaxation in strike by separatists began yesterday.
