Beggar menace in Jammu

Dear Editor,
This refers to the beggar problem that has trapped the city at present. Every corner of the city has been engulfed by this menace. These beggars have a specific pattern. They catch hold of your clothes and then start trolling with you, until you give up and give them so called alms. They even have areas designated and a particular beggar cannot cross his or her particular dimension.
With dirty sympathy generating make up, unwashed faces and dirty clothes, these beggars seem to come around everyday looking for some easy money. I hope the government is serious enough to deal with this issue or else a time will come when this city will be full of beggars and no one to pay them.
