Cong election offices opened at Samba, Vijaypur
SAMBA, Mar 18: After inaugurating the election office of Congress party in the presence of large number of prominent Congress workers of Samba district at main bazaar Samba today, Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Sham Lal Sharma and chairman Co-ordination Committee of Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency, addressed the gathering.

President DCC Samba Prakash Sharma presided over the function.

Sham Lal Sharma asked the Congress workers to fight the communal and divisive forces unitedly, who he said were out to spread falsehood to misguide the general public. He said that Congress was the only party which guaranteed for the prosperity and unity of the country and the state.

President DCC Prakash Sharma said that Congressmen of Samba district would fight the election unitedly to ensure the success of party candidate Madan Lal Sharma.

Similarly, office for Vijaypur constituency was also opened at Vijaypur.

Prominent among other who were also addressed and present on the occasion included Rani Gargi Bloeria -MLC, Vinod Mishra general secretary, Subhash Bhagat, Manjeet Singh, Vinod Kumar, NC leader Mohinder Singh, Thirath Bhagat, Arun Sharma, Babal Gupta, Col (retired) Swarn Singh.

Malik, others still in police custody: JKLF
