Sanjay to lock horns with Akshay in Jr Snooker final

JAMMU, Sept 24: Sanjay Sharma and Akshay Kumar today reached the final of the junior snooker event in the ongoing 22nd Jammu District Open Junior and Senior Billiards and Snooker Championship at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Both the finalists shall face each other in the title clash slated to be held at the end of the championship.
Earlier, in the semifinals, played this afternoon, Sanjay outplayed Gautam Jamwal 3-1 (54-14, 03-64, 63-56, 52-39) while Akshay Kumar trounced Abhi Gupta 3-2 (47-39,55-44, 23-55, 17-45, 65-39).
Meanwhile, according to the organizers, the competition in the first round of the senior snooker event shall start tomorrow morning.
