NEW DELHI, Nov 03: Former Congress President on Wednesday lamented in a twit that "business people or farmers -- all victims of GOI's bad policies."

His prescription: "Repair economy. Save lives."

In another tweet, he says: "It's Diwali, but the inflation, price rise, is at its height."

He wished that the Modi government had a sensitive heart for the people.

In another tweet on the bypoll results on Tuesday, Rahul said: "Every victory for the Congress is a victory of our party workers. Keep fighting hate. No fear!"
