"AAP submit memorandum to LG Sinha, J&K UT, through SDM-RS Pura"

JAMMU, Oct 29: After visiting border area of Sub-Division R.S. Pura/ Bishnah of Jammu District & getting reports from various Districts namely Samba, Kathua, Reasi, Poonch, Rajouri, Udhampur, Ramban, Doda & Kishtwar, the Senior leaders & core committee members of AAP, Jammu region, submitted a detailed Memorandum to Lt. Governor, Sh. Manoj Sinha & Divisional Commissioner, Jammu through SDM, RS Pura, on 28-10-2021, demanding adequate relief to farmers @ Rs. 5000/= per Kanal besides free seeds & fertilizers, with holding of electricity bills & waiving off loan payments to them strictly on the pattern of Delhi AAP government.

The depututionists expressed satisfaction when SDM, RS Pura told them that Rev. Department has already reported 100% loss to the crops of the farmers & demanded relief on said damage, the release said. Prominent AAP leaders & Core committee member who met SDM, R.S. Pura & presented the memorandum under the chairmanship of Sh. Om Parkash Khajuria, Convener, AAP, Jammu Province include S/Sh. Mahesh Chander Sudan Wing Commander (Retd), Coordinator AAP, Jammu Province, Ram Singh Chauhan & Kuldeep Kumar Rao, In charge Media, Jammu Province , President Youth Jammu Central, S. Sansar Singh, S. Parvinder Singh, & Sr. AAP leaders, Chander Parkash Sharma, Kuldeep Bhagat, Naib Sarpanch Rura Ram & others.

The release further said that farmers are already suffering badly and are under deep anxiety & mentally depressed due to sky rocketing prices of Diesel,, Petrol, LPG, seed, fertilizers, loan repayment pressure and other essential commodities and that they need adequate relief on Delhi pattern so that they heave a sigh of relief, the release said.
