CRPF ASI dies of cardiac arrest in Baramulla

SRINAGAR, Jun 17: A paramilitary official of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) rank in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) ASI died of cardiac arrest in Panzla area of Sopore in north Kashmir's Baramulla district on Wednesday morning.
Sources told CNS that the health condition of Sheer Singh of 92 BN Panzla Sopore deteriorated as he complained of serve chest pain while on duty.
Although his colleagues rushed him to Sub district hospital Rohama where doctors declared him brought dead
Meanwhile, a senior police official while talking to CNS said that a case under the relevant law has been registered in police station Sopore to ascertain the cause of his death and further investigation is underway.
