Search continues to trace bodies of IES officer, driver

KARGIL, Jun 25: Search operation continued for the second consecutive day in Drass area to trace out the bodies of Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer and his driver.
As per reports, Subhan Ali, an IES officer met with an accident when his driver lost control over the vehicle and it plunged into river Sindh near Drass. After getting information, authorities launched search operation to recover the bodies from the river.
Search operation continued for the second consecutive day on Wednesday, but the bodies of both remained untraced. Subhan Ali who hails from a poor family in Uttar Pradesh had come off with flying colours in Indian Engineering Services and was posted in Drass region.
