Help needy people

Kashmir Times. Dated: 4/3/2020 12:11:13 AM

Dear Editor,
It is a matter of sorrow and grief that 6 lakh workers in Bhiwandi now have neither food nor money as the country shut down amid the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. They use to work in powerloom factories at Bhiwandi Maharashtra and manage their survivals. The countrywide lockdown has shut down all the factories and has left them without jobs and money. Now they have been stuck without livelihood. India has such as large population of people who are daily labours. They all reduced to joblessness by the 21-days nationwide lockdown, meant to prevent the spread of infectious disease. It is greatest challenge for Indian people. It is obligation that we cooperate them to find shelter and provide them with food and money.
